    Pros

A relaxed and friendly environment with relatively flexible hours. Coworkers and mentors are welcoming and willing to help if help is asked for. Strong community feeling within the lab. Beautiful place to work, especially if you are at one of the newer buildings.

    Cons

A fair amount of walking required to get to any of the closest subway stations, but it's great exercise.

    Pros

Relaxed environment, people very patient and willing to teach, location in the city As long as you work hard the hours are not strict.

    Cons

Sometimes projects can be a little unfocused. Mistakes are forgiven but it is a little stressful since mistakes can cost days or weeks of research time
