Pros
Had a chance to get managerial experience very early on in my career. Worked with many talented people. Overall had a positive experience.
Cons
Lack of training. he management can be quite rude, lack of respect for the employees, although it depends a lot on what manager you get, it is a very big company. Very long working hours, working on weekends.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing, but with a bit more respect for your employees. People need to feel valid to work long hours.

You get to put on many hats and try new things. For an undergraduate, it's a good learning opportunity. You get to take full ownership in projects and lead discussions. As they expect you finish the task assigned to you, you will learn how to properly manage your time wisely and prioritise your work.
Cons
Long working hours, high expectations of you to work long hours. Not for the weak hearted. If you're in a startup, don't expect your life to be 9am to 5pm. OT is expected and required. No mentorship will be provided. If they give you a task, you're expected to complete it by hook or by crook.
