    Pros

Well paid if not on call without being paid. Colleagues, other than the Director, were great to work with.

    Advice to Management

Reduce hrs.or pay Social Workers for on-call which is consistent with other hospices in town. Reduce duplication in charting.

Terrible place to work. Administration and HR doesn't care about employees. They are rude and disrespectful. Gone is the day when employers cared about employees having families to feed. You feel like your walking on eggshells in this organization.

I worked at Rockford Health System full-time

    Pros

Some of the best reasons include flexible schedule, managers that care and I also like the fact that could use my degree to the fullest.

    Cons

Some of the downsides at Rockford a Memorial Hospital is that it was recently bought out by Mercy Health causing a drastic change in corporate culture.

    Advice to Management

Please acknowledge that this by-out will bring major changes that everyone is not prepared to be on board with. Make sure the new vision is clear with no contradictions.
