I worked at Rockwell Automation (Less than a year)
The work culture is good. The employees are friendly and are also ready to pitch in with more suggestions to improve the place. Ready to improve at all levels and good university support.
There is no standard process. There are various ad-hoc things that happen in the company because of lack of data or a lack of sufficient demand to warrant setting up a process. Not hiring non-US talent.
Advice to Management
1. Increase the benefits to the company by having more university-industry relationships by providing opportunities to work as interns/co-ops.
2. Harness the available data to create processes that can be developed and sustained for future use.
