I have been working at Rockwell Collins full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Every good and relaxed atmosphere. Flexible on dress code and schedule.

    Cons

Doesn't allow working from home in most cases. Additionally, in my view, there aren't many opportunities for growth for a software developer.
