    Negative Outlook

I worked at Rocky Mountain Materials & Asphalt full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Lots of hrs in summertime.
    10-12 hr shifts peak season
    Work is not boring.

    Cons

Inconsistent pay: took too much for ridiculous health insurance plan. Paid late regularly.
Low rate of pay! Same loader work at similar companies in town for $5-10 more per hr.
Serious disregarding of employees. Lots of firings/hirings.
    Untrained foremen and unskilled operators.
"Family business??" Worked at asphalt plant and premix multiple years, owners still didn't bother to ask my name. They are snobby, greedy, and rascist.

    Advice to Management

Don't park all your fancy trucks where your underpaid employees can see them
