I worked at Roetzel & Andress as an intern

    Pros

I was an intern, but there were obvious benefits....employees got massages on lunch breaks and free gift wrap. That sort of thing. And it seemed to pay pretty well, the sense of entitlement in that place was overwhelming.

    Cons

Interning there was difficult. Rather than provide you with work that actually gives you experience in your field, they dump all their filing and bs work on you. My school was so impressed when I landed an internship there, but I ended up learning practically nothing.

    Advice to Management

Interns are not temps. Don't treat them like temps.
