where do i begin ! unsafe for nurses and mostly patients!! 1 nurse for surgical floor , 2 for center 4 , did i say unsafe for patient ? this place needs to close , new owner , pay rate superrrr low .. no match worthwhile .. dirty , management is original , too much of … it’s not my problem .. just an old hospital with old ways, and old blood . needs to close . not a hospital for nurses who want to learn ….

My coworkers (most of them) and taking care of patients are the best part.
Cons
Everything! Lowest wages in the market, poor communication, old and outdated equipment, old EMR, still do a lot on paper, leadership has high turnover, leadership is a club, nurses not supported.

Terrible management structure, poor communication, severely understaffed, dangerous patient ratios, low pay, corporate won't match 401K, administration only cares about money not the patients or staff.
