Reviews/touch base meetings Are you honest in those? Is there any benefit in giving honest feedback in these? I loved my job ..you know the saying "Love the work you do and you'll never work a day in your life" then I got moved. I find frustration in the disorganization of my current location. Doctors stall and discharge late with no regard for the chaos that causes. And...I still feel super salty about my move....and I can't help it.

My coworkers (most of them) and taking care of patients are the best part.
Everything! Lowest wages in the market, poor communication, old and outdated equipment, old EMR, still do a lot on paper, leadership has high turnover, leadership is a club, nurses not supported.
- 1.0Jan 11, 2023Refgistered NurseFormer Employee, more than 3 years
Co-workers, recent unionization, free parking
Terrible management structure, poor communication, severely understaffed, dangerous patient ratios, low pay, corporate won't match 401K, administration only cares about money not the patients or staff.
