I worked at Rogers Communications full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, 50% off Rogers services. Shares accumulation plan it's really good.

    Cons

Too much nepotism. Management skilsl are not the more accurate for the excellent quality of professionals managers have to handle. Focus on the management and not the regular employees when the need to cut people arises

    Advice to Management

Keep an eye on management, there's a lot of nepotism and that's very discouraging., prevents excellent people and professionals to do an excellent job

I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

50% off your bill. Profit sharing. Dental and medical. Access to the gym ($10 per month). Free parking. Room for advancement.

    Cons

Long hours. Micromanaging. You are penalized if you're sick. Schedule is detestable.

    Advice to Management

Be less strict on employees. We are not robots and cannot possibly meet every single metric and target. Stop micromanaging your employees. Remember what it was like for you to be on the phones.

I worked at Rogers Communications full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed every bit of my time working at Rogers. 7 years of working experience at Brampton Park. Huge and playful interior design. All employees get plenty periodical In-house training in dedicated spacious training rooms. These training have groomed my professional personality, and I thank you Rogers for this.

    Cons

I resigned properly for a personal reason and wished Rogers managers would have welcomed me rejoining back. I tried to rejoin ten months after my resignation, but managers emailed back saying "the only way to potentially rejoin the company is to complete the application process over rogers.com", which meant I will not be able to get my seniority back. I think Rogers management should have leverage considering their experienced, well trained, full-time returning employees within one year time period.

    Advice to Management

I think Rogers management should have leverage considering their experienced, well trained, full-time returning employees within one year time period.
