    Unfair assessment system
    Vacation and shift constantly changing, unable to pick preferable one
    Before moving to a mid management or management field, takes AGES
    Lack of social recognition inside the company
    Poor marketing, that influences the business in general

    Advice to Management

    Take a closer look at your top employees and give them a chance to improve themselves. Give employees an opportunity to learn.

    Rogers has an amazing culture but until the compensation matches better, Rogers will continue to lose it's top performers.
