    Pros

    Great coffee. And the facility over looks a large

    Cons

    Not enough sugar. And parking is far from building

    I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time

    Pros

    Good base salary, commission, and bonuses. Hours were not too long, store closed at 8pm. Monthly quotas were not too hard to hit

    Cons

    Slow systems that would crash occasionally. Constantly dealing with angry customers. Help desk was very uninformed and not a great help.

    Advice to Management

    Develop a better system that is user friendly with a higher speed. Better train the help dek regarding corporate products and services

    -Doesn't require a degree
    -Can develop sales skills
    -steady employment
    -can learn a lot about cell phones and technology

    Cons

    -Constant pressure to meet sales targets
    -minimum wage and weak commisions
    -systems that are often down or missing promotions
    -disconnect between retail and call centres
    -many irate customers who are unhappy with Rogers rates/policies

    Advice to Management

    Better salaries would lead to less employee turnover/more knowledgeable employees, especially in the call centres.
