    Pros

    Cons

No advancement opportunity even if you have experience they will not interview you.
Upper management is demeaning and verbally abusive. Furthermore if you are entitled to commissions they will not pay you when you quit or get terminated even though you earned them. False advertising by being number one employer they do not value their staff

Respect your staff and treat them with honesty, praise and appreciate their efforts

I worked at Rohit Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Family culture with great regular fun activities.
Strong financial position creates opportunities for growth.
New immigrants to Canada are treated fairly in this multi-cultural team - which is actually celebrated at least annually with a "multi-cultural potluck"!

    Cons

Decision-making is tightly controlled at the senior management/owner level only. This lack of delegation of authority levels often stifles personal development for employees.
