    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Roland Berger full-time

    Pros

A unique consulting firm: it provides all the benefits the big US firms provide (both intellectually and remuneration wise) but it provides a greater degree of freedom to enjoy life besides the tough work

    Cons

Lack of access to SP500 projects, hence, less valuable benchmarking capabilities

    Advice to Management

Hold tight. Execute strategy and push P1,2,3 to do sales as crazy.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Roland Berger full-time

    Pros

Most of the projects are very interesting, you really learn a lot and strongly develop your analytical skills and business knowledge.

    Cons

Top management is not always adequate and you run the risk to work for low performers which has an impact on your career. Sometimes long hours are not necessary.

    Advice to Management

Select better the people from the manager level above because some of them are not adequate for their role. Also try to guarantee more work life balance.
