Great place to start/continue your consulting career

    Mar 3, 2022 - Senior Consultant
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

A lot of talented people who are truly collaborative and fun to work with! The company cares and are working on improving work-life balance (but it’s consulting so you should know what you’re getting into) Leadership is transparent, and moving in the right direction. Really great leaders on projects to help you grow. Making an effort to keep/create a good company culture even during COVID times. Overall it’s been a really great experience!

    Cons

Sometimes work-life balance can be challenging, but this is an industry-wide issue.
