      - Impactful projects in the industry - Ability to specialize in an industry quite early (and be relevant more quickly) - Caring team at all levels - Very international & diverse team - Support to launch your own internal initiatives on the topics that you care about (diversity, pro bono work etc) - Good compensation -Ability to grow very fast if you are good

      - Limited opportunities to influence staffing - Long hours (like in any consulting firm)

      Pros

      Work done is high impact relative other industry jobs I could have at the same time. Developing tons of skills to be more marketable to future roles as well.

      Cons

      Difficult work environment due to high stress nature of role. Long hours and travel.

      Pros

      Most of the projects are very interesting, you really learn a lot and strongly develop your analytical skills and business knowledge.

      Cons

      Top management is not always adequate and you run the risk to work for low performers which has an impact on your career. Sometimes long hours are not necessary.

      It's a good working environment at RB. The people there are helpful, collaborative, and really want to help you learn something at RB.

      Cons

      long hours, unpredictable work load; Long working hours, intense travel; The wage payment time is very long.Lack of access to SP500 projects, hence, less valuable benchmarking capabilities
