I have been working at Rollins full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary, Vacation, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental, guidelines for employees to follow and fantastic managers!!!

    Cons

They don't pick us up and bring us to work every day. (I'm just kidding).
There are no Cons to working here, if you want a good life you should expect to work for it. Rollins pays employees so that they can afford a decent life, this is why my loyalty is so strong for this company and this is why you have people retiring after 40 to 45 years on the job, they love it.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, this job is great!!!

I have been working at Rollins full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I work with excellent managers and great people who make the work environment fun and interesting. We have gone paperless as far as our service tickets go and we now see all our work through a useful smartphone app that shows any adjustments made to our routes in real time. The company keeps the trucks fairly new and covers all gas and service for the work vehicles.

    Cons

There is not too much mental stimulation that doesn't have to do with bugs. The insurance is terrible. The pay plan is production based which equals no overtime; even though they expect you too anyway.

    Advice to Management

Pay the employees better and keep it up with the systems of support and providing us with new and useful equipment to get our jobs done.

I have been working at Rollins (More than a year)

    Pros

The job was great once the basics of the system was learned. It was always interesting because I worked in so many different locations, with so many different people, with so many different personalities. Never a dull moment because I always enjoyed analyzing and resolving issues.

    Cons

Only real downside was that it was contract work, so it wasn't permanent. I really enjoyed the work and the people I worked with.

    Advice to Management

No advice, but I would like to thank them for the time I spent working for them.
