I have been working at Rolls-Royce full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

We make cool things and we have challenging problems to solve.

    Cons

Innovation is being stifled in order to follow procedures. Even rational risks are being avoided for the sake of being "safe".

    Advice to Management

Find a way to retain talent and recognize high performers without putting them into a bureaucratic and kool-aid drinking system. Global leadership it too focused on large engine success. Need better focus on the future of transportation propulsion.
