I worked at Rome Memorial Hospital (More than a year)

    Pros

Very clean on the floor I worked on. Proper procedure is usually followed especially in contact rooms.

    Cons

The staff suck! I would rather go back to high school and put up with teeny bopper drama, than put up with the drama at this place. The pay sucks! There isn't much left for employee benefits and don't think for one minute that you can have a life outside that place. Wouldn't recommend this to my worst ememy.

    Advice to Management

    Grow the F@$# up!!!!!

Still a family atmosphere. Flexible schedule.

    Cons

Incompetent management. Closed minded and not open to feedback. Dictatorship.

    Advice to Management

Stop running your organization like 1940's Russia.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Rome Memorial Hospital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Most of the people here are great. Great hours, average salary for the area, great benefits.

    Cons

Some of the long time employees need to go. They are the main source of the problems here.

    Advice to Management

Management doesn't really seem to know what their people do. Many people claim that they are busy, but actually do very little on a daily basis and no one holds them accountable. Desperately need to weed out the slackers.
