    Pros

Good technical background, great teams and colleagues at projects' operational and implementation levels, above market salaries, bonus received for target achievements in line with yearly established targets, other benefits over the market offers (vacation partially supported by company, medical insurance, gym discount, phone, laptop, car where job requires a.s.o.)
