I worked at Romtelecom full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good department manager, a real model to the rest of us. Great colleagues within the team, always ready to help and offer their support. Many learning opportunities for those who were interested in knowing and doing more. Good training sessions.

    Cons

Workload was really high, sometimes would make you feel overwhelmed. Communication between departments can definitely be improved. Selling techniques need to be reviewed in order to make sure they are covering different type of clients.

    Advice to Management

Think on how to gain new clients but never neglect your current ones. High quality in service will help you win your clients' loyalty and will make them recommend you to new clients.

Very helping people who tend to become very close to you. People attentive to their work and way of achieving targets.

    Cons

The "MASTER chef" is too pride. It acts as a ruler. Everything has to be controlled. You don't have the permission to do anything.

    Advice to Management

A minimum responsability given to The employee. Creativity some time lacks from different Companies because of The antreprenorials.
