I worked at Ronald Blue & Co as an intern

    Pros

Amazing people to work with. Great opportunities to advance within company. One of the best cultures I have ever been a part of. Extremeley sharp Advisors and Financial Planners who work there. Lots of widsome to be gained by shadowing and just listening.

    Cons

Internship experience depends on the location. Mine was more slow paced and not as challenging as the other intern.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire interns if you don't intend to hire them afterwards full time.
