    Pros

Great benefits and a decent working environment. Good coworkers and bosses.

    Cons

It's hard to get promoted in the it department. The director prefers to just hire new people and when you do get promoted after several years of service, you are given a petty raise that gives you a wage lower than the minimum for the position you transferred to.

    Pros

Great benefits. 401K. Vacations every 6 months, Employee discounts.Great managers. Amazing CEO.

    Cons

Office staff is poorly paid, NOT ALLOWED TO DO OVERTIME. Keep in mind that you are never allowed to do it, they will send you early to cut off that time. I love the company environment but I've been pushed to find a second job since my office assistant job had me surviving every 2 weeks. I desperately want to stay in the company, I just wish they think about us and compensate us they way sales person or managers are compensated: FAIRLY.

    Advice to Management

Fight for your office crew to be fairly compensated hourly.

I worked at Rooms To Go full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Beautiful Store and Good Location

    Cons

The money I was promised in the interview never materialized.

You may have to work on a draw for months before seeing a decent check.

You have to push the fabric protection , mattresses, warranties and power bases to every customer or your boss will call you out in staff meetings.

    Advice to Management

Don't sugar coat the job expectations in the interview.

    Pros

    MONEY IS easy and GOOD

    Cons

You will never have a weekend off except when you are taking vacation. You'll work 50-60 hours a week and be guilt into you are not working enough. Days off are split, not together. Management brow beats you if you do not sell enough floor lamps, rugs etc. You can hit the $$ goal they give you but still not be satisfied because you did not sell enough ottomans. They are never satisfied. In turn it creates a miserable atmosphere. They want you to sell 100 percent fabric protection and don"t care how you get it (like Wells Fargo).

    Advice to Management

There is more to life than lies and money.
