      Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, great job if you’re extremely detail oriented and like a fast paced environment

      Cons

So much negativity from the customers, getting cussed out by them daily for issues out of your control, if your mental health isn’t in a good place go in at your own risk

Poor management makes it a good environment for the lazy, bad work environment for anyone who works hard

Jul 15, 2020 - Warehouse Associate in Pearl River, LA

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great benefits Plenty of paid time off Okay pay for the pearl river area Very lenient and flexible management Promotes from within, allowing for lots of long-term benefits for those who seek them out

      Cons

Hiring process is way too long, so one lost employee can mean a couple months of extra work for other employees. Especially hard on areas that are only operating with 2 or 3 people to begin with. Management is a little TOO lenient at times. Too many people sit around doing very little with no consequences while their work is placed on others. Its easier for people to be pushed into higher-paid or better positions in the company than it is to fire them. So being a poor worker will, on many occasions, lead to a better paying job in another department because thats the easiest way for supervisors to replace someone. Supervisors are very openly lazy even when there's administrative work that only they can do going undone. Encourages lazy people to seek supervisor roles and pushes hard workers out of the company. Management doesn't fully understand the work in all the areas under them and therefore don't know how to divide the work properly.

      Not A Longterm Career

Jul 2, 2020 - Assistant Manager in The Woodlands, TX

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great Benefits! You do have an opportunity to make over close to or over a six figure income. Lots of opportunity for career growth.

      Cons

Very political when it comes to career advancement. Only if they like you as a person will you promote up or have job security. Your work ethic or abilities to do the job well mean nothing. Poor training.

      Pros

Great benefits, vacation time and guarantee 40 hours a week.

      Cons

Regional management doesn't seem to care about work vs. Life ratio, and the hourly associates are paid less than a McDonald's employee

      Decent Job But Hours Suck

Nov 15, 2019 - Customer Care Representative in Seffner, FL
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great pay, great benefits, moderately comfortable work place

      Cons

Training is inconsistent compared to when you get on the floor. The 11:30-8 shift absolutely sucks and there isn’t a ton of chances to change your shift as it is based on seniority. They aren’t very willing to work with you to change it, which makes it hard on people with one vehicle. The attendance point system should be revised. 6 months from the first day you accrue your first point it should fall off but instead, it is a year.
