I have been working at Roosters part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Fun atmosphere
Casual wear/menu (jeans and a T shirt, sweatshirt, flannels-can even wear OSU & NFL stuff on game days!) easy menu to memorize
    Good consistent money
Customers and coworkers become like family

    Cons

Late nights (if you close, 1am mon-thurs, 2am fri & sat, midnight on Sundays)
Can be cliquey, although management keeps mutual respect a priority
Not very good pay for full time management, or maternity leave coverage for being such a highly female based company
