    Pros

    Fun atmosphere
    Casual wear/menu (jeans and a T shirt, sweatshirt, flannels-can even wear OSU & NFL stuff on game days!) easy menu to memorize
    Good consistent money
    Customers and coworkers become like family

    Cons

    Late nights (if you close, 1am mon-thurs, 2am fri & sat, midnight on Sundays)
    Can be cliquey, although management keeps mutual respect a priority
    Not very good pay for full time management, or maternity leave coverage for being such a highly female based company

    very flexible hours, always willing to hear out conflicts

    Cons

    perverted men, sometimes gossipy, and men in the kitchen are very judgemental, rude, and cussing at hostest

    I worked at Roosters full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Cool co-workeds and simple tasks. Fast hiring and hard work is rewarded to some extent. The corporate guys are actually good at their jobs.

    Cons

    Crappy hours. Crappy managers. Crappy pay. No real benefits. Not a lot of room for promotion at some of the stores. Too much stress for shaking wings.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees a little more humane. Try being more empathetic.

    Pros

    Easy week to week scheduling.
    Fun and casual environment.
    Fast Money.

    Cons

    Sometimes crappy clientele (happens)
    Management picks favorite when scheduling.
    Working with a lot of girls on the floor (Catty).
    Money isn't consistent and hours are not consistent.

    Advice to Management

    Don't pick favorites.
    Be fair when it comes to scheduling.
    Listen to your employee's they're the ones working on the floor.

    Flexible schedule, my job on the salad station was easy. Great for a high school job.

    Cons

    Minimum wage, raises were $0.25.

    Roosters is a fun casual environment. Great food, and amazing customer service. A good place to eat dinner/lunch when wanting to watch your favorite football team, or the latest new.

    Food could come out on time.
