      - Below par pay package - Unprofessional immigration team - Incompetent attorneys who will wreck your H1B renewals and GC process - No 401k and other benefits - Medical plans don't cover basic expenses - No action plan on career growth

      One of the best consulting firms in the bay area with highly skilled staff I have been working as a Siebel CRM Analyst with Rootshell for over an year and what can I say !, Rootshell staff has been always helpful to me. Be it immigration matters or the payroll. As a happy employee I can only recommend Rootshell to whoever the prospective employee is to join them. ​

      Only if the staff/employees at times get back to me on time rather than make me wait for a day for any issue.
