    I have been working at Roper St. Francis Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The work hours are good some managers work around your schedule

    Cons

    No diversity showing favoritism to other employees racism no chance of moving up or opportunity for advancement outside people coming in that applying for a job making more than the current employees and getting started off with more lack of raises and the amount of rays that they give you

    Advice to Management

    Be more diverse stop making it so difficult for employees to move up pay more money to your existing employees stop bringing in new employees with less experience and paying them more than the current employees that are already there

    -Good medical, dental, and life insurance -Generous PTO

    Cons

    -Little-to-no upward mobility. I was a Financial Services Representative and basically the only way to get a promotion was for someone in your department to vacate their position. I'm not sure if this is indicative of the organization as a whole, but it seems to be very commonplace for FSRs to never even get the chance to interview for a higher-paying position. -No pay raise in 2013.     Advice to Management

    Please pay your employees what they're worth. Happy, confident employees will bring you far more success than any budget-saving measure. Roper is a great hospital, but I'm not confident about its future if it stays on its current trajectory.
