I worked at Roper St. Francis Healthcare full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Benefits package is pretty decent. Free parking is a plus.
Bonuses are offered occasionally. Use of the rehab gym is available for a small fee.

    Cons

Teams do not work well together.
Low moral. Equipment is sparse and outdated. Productivity numbers do not reflect the actual workload. Extremely under staffed. Patient safety risks because of limited staffing.

    Advice to Management

Give your staff opportunities to contribute to changes/decisions that are made. Fight for appropriate staffing levels.

I have been working at Roper St. Francis Healthcare full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nice clean environment to work in staff is pleasant.

    Cons

Cerna is TERRIBLE and has increased patient wait times tremendously. Pay is very low compared to other competing companies. And raises are nothing to brag about either . If you aren't a nurse or doctor good luck getting acknowledged on your achievements.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and stop ignoring their concerns

Management. Although I wasn't involved directly, drama was at an all-time high. My second month of working my manager packed her things up on her lunch and quit with no warning, just sent out a mass email.
