    Pros

Great people, good work life balance, great location. You also have the opportunity to interface with the business and learn the financial aspect.

    Cons

No career growth, limited opportunities for advancement, all the good projects being moved to Toronto, old technology (still using Office 2003 and Windows Xp)

    Negative Outlook

I worked at RosBusinessConsulting full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Decent work-life balance, not that competitive which allowed trading staff to punch out like the flintstones at 5:00 on the dot. Great domestic/canadian bank. Most of the revenue comes from the canadian banking operations, which is the core business and the most successful.

    Cons

No direction in capital markets, confused about what they were trying to accomplish. Mission statement is un-compatible with risk tolerance/risk appetite.

I have been working at RosBusinessConsulting full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good compensation compared to other banks, good work life balance but may depend on group, great downtown location

    Cons

Lot of inefficient employees who are allowed to come in to work just to show their face without having to face any consequences for their lack of work ethic. Not enough motivation for hard working employees, and one of the biggest issues being that company is too hierarchical where senior managers/executives are too far removed from lower level staff and show no real interest in trying to establish any type of communication with them.
