I worked at Rose Medical Center full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work load wasn't too intense. Some of the leads are very helpful and supportive.

    Cons

Breaking the rules seemed to be the norm, lack of management solving problems, created a low morale, staff quitting, old equipment, equipment frequently in need of repair.

    Advice to Management

Rules are in place for a reason. Since the rules are ignored, staff will also take advantage when no one is looking. Equipment should be the priority, not the front entrance. Outdated equipment will affect patient care.
