    I have been working at RoseRyan full-time

    Pros

    Great experience, co-workers are helpful and engage in assistance when needed on technical issues. Clients span many industries. Management team readily available, ideas are appreciated, input is valued. Excellent value system as evidenced by the many awards!! Does a good job bringing the company together, when we are all offsite at client locations. Management team shows appreciation in many ways.

    Cons

    Commutes to client, but that is our business.

    Advice to Management

    Continue living the values.

    Great clients. Great team. Lots of experienced gurus available to assist as needed.

    Cons

    Sometimes have to commute to clients offices.

    I worked at RoseRyan as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent career growth. CEO and directors value client satisfaction, as well as employee work life balance. Flexible working schedule allowed me to attend some of my children's school function.

    Cons

    Training opportunities is limited due to the size of the company. But the company tries its best to encourage employee to explore external training opportunities to keep improving their professional skills .

    Pros

    Great knowledge transfer with experienced consultants among which the majority are CPAs, great leadership and respect to employees. Management is determined to grow the company and excel in the industry.

    Cons

    The average age is relatively old due to the fact that most experienced accounting professionals are in a large age bracket.

    Advice to Management

    Carry on more projects and create more opportunities that allow consultants to work together and get to know each other better

    -Hard to know your co-workers, when you are always out at clients.
    -Do not feel like part of the "team"
    -What common goal are we working toward?

    RR is a great place for working mothers. It offers flexible work hours, and you can leave your job at the office each night.
