Reviews about "great people"
Return to all Reviews- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Great people and core values. Excellent pay and benefits. Always doing things to show team members appreciation.
Cons
Some people really love the 4 days off, but rotating shifts can be difficult until you get used to them.
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Decent benefits, decent hours and a few really great people
Cons
Inadequate training across the board, low ball wages. Upper management places too much value on young and inexperienced workers, skipping over long time employees. A lot of unfair practices and behaviors from upper management.

- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros

Cons

- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great hours, good pay, nice people
Cons
General cleanup, shoveling saw dust
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
- Good company if you are looking for oportunities to learn and horizontal career expansion - Great people at all levels - Humane leadership (which is not common) - Fantastic opportunity for beginners becuase there is no limit to what you can do if you are ready to work hard - Pretty good benefits - Nice location for people who like small towns and outdoor activities
Cons
- Becomes difficult to move up (very few internal promotions)particularly after you become a mid-level manager - Seems like they would like to grow but is not sure how to do that and what it takes - Absence of a real business strategy (both long and short-term) -Frequent flip-flops on whatever little startegy they have Following is only applicable if you plan to work in their HQ at Roseburg, OR - Location is not great if you like larger cities (very little shiopping, not a lot of restaurant choices) - Limited number of schools and other educational/ extra-currcular activities - Very little opportunities for a working spouse unless they are a doctor or work in the Helathcare industry - Housing is unreasonably expensive (seems like you won't get enough for what you pay)
