    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Roseman University of Health Sciences full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The time off package is generous. The pay is decent. The students are hardworking and make the days better.

    Cons

Negative, sometimes hostile work environment that goes all the way to the top. Rarely is there a compliment paid to anyone outside of the main clique. If you want to feel like your job is on the line every day and you're worthless, this is the place for you. Creativity and use of new technology aren't appreciated by leadership, thus limiting the student and faculty experience.
