    Pros

Great way to meet wonderful HR professionals, and to assist in their job search

    Cons

Owner was not vested in his employees, out for himself and very dishonest in what his plans were for the business.

    Pros

They are pretty well thought of in terms of interim HR staffing in the greater Philadelphia area. They also give very good benefits in terms of paid time off and 401k compared to their competitors.

    Cons

You don't get access to training opportunitites that you would find at a larger firm (eg. PWC, Ernst and Young).

    Advice to Management

Continue to grow and automate the timesheet process. An improvement would be to provide a web page for entry of hours worked and an email routing for approval.

    Pros

collegial and friendly environment. Not too much work pressure on average. Helpful team leads. Good on job training is provided.

    Cons

Outdates tools. Takes up a lot of time getting your data loading up in the tool. Major drain. Pay is not very competitive
