    Absolutely love it here. Patients are the number one priority. Everyone knows what they are doing.

    Drama, management can be condescending at times

    Appreciate staff more

    Pros

    Peers work well together and there is a great attitude among most of the people. Pretty good pay for the work required.

    Cons

    Upper Management in St. Louis Corporate Office tend to lack leadership skills and spend more time gossiping and back stabbing each other

    Advice to Management

    Need to hire Managers who care more about their jobs and their people in the Corporate Office.

    Pros

    All the overtime you can handle because there is no staff.

    Cons

    Fight over ownership
    Inept IT department at corporate
    All the good corporate management has flown the coop
    Still using paper charting
    They don't pay their bills

    Advice to Management

    Wake up and smell the coffee--your business if one flush away from the sewer. The patients are suffering!

    Let the residents tell you how to do your job if you don't kiss there butt they will write you up

    Pros

    - Close proximity to my school.
    - Dedicated laundry staff does really good work on. patient's. clothing and facility's linens.

    Cons

    Poor equipment.
     - Wheelchairs don't lock
     - Beds don't lock.
     - hoyer lift slings are damaged and are never replaced.
    Poor management
     - high turnover rate

    Advice to Management

    How about learning to treat your employees like actual human beings.

    Pros

    Coworkers were nice and it was an easy job

    Cons

    Change of company, went through 4 managements and still sucked. No manager cared about the staff.

    Advice to Management

    Clearly train your staff well and if they will be in management, make them care about the staff not just the job.
