    I worked at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Decent pay when there is business, co-workers become like family, beautiful place to work. Free lunch provided in the cafeteria. Always something new happening.

    Cons

    Upper Management literally steals money from their employees..HR is part of it,so not much to be done.
    Drug/alcohol use is very much a part of life for management aswell. I wouldnt trust most of what they promise you as a new employee,most are complete lies.No holiday pay and all holidays are mandatory.I did once like this place,but it has turned for the worse.
    Some upper management has moved up in this company from chefs and bartenders to Resort and department managers..far beyond where they really should be.
    This place has become such a joke. If only the owner or Rosewood would see this and get rid of the monkeys running this place, because really..there is completely illegal actions going on here.

    Advice to Management

    Read above.
    Main reason for quitting after 5+years is the upper management or lack of. Major jerks with big heads that are greedy and dishonest. I have never worked for such a poorly managed business. I wouldnt recommend this individual site,not against Rosewood in general..to be clear.
