I worked at Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Work day is 8 hrs with a paid lunch... and they are beyond flexible. You can work 9-5, 8-4, 10-6. Everyone that works there is a good person. It’s a family environment where everyone truly cares about another. It’s an extremely diverse culture: male, female, every nationality, abled, disabled... and if you work hard, you will be rewarded. You get almost every holiday off including Columbus Day, Christmas Eve, even Good Friday. The dress code is casual. Time and a half OT. Very generous with days off... you start with 15 and get an additional day each year, maxing out at 21.

    Cons

I really don’t have a con... but when I first started the strict no cell phone policy took a little getting used to.... but once you do get used to it you realize how much more productive you are when you’re not on your phone.

I worked at Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates

    Pros

Advancement pay increase groomed to manage and life skills. Part of firm’s growth

    Cons

Married partners disagree with procedures. Creates confusion. Don’t drink the cool aid when you think you are in the inner circle don’t be surprised when your not and mistreated regularly apologizing only goes so far until they are an embarrassment. . When key people go missing they don’t explain why or lie about them. “Thy shall be done” as they say. Too coincidental when the same circumstances happen more than once. Advice leaders should take self inventory reflect and correct their flaws. It’s gods will and you are not god. If you sleep at night there is something wrong

I worked at Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Somewhat flexible with time. Staff is pretty amazing. Willing to train you on anything. Good place to get some experience.

    Cons

Stickler for lateness, must make up any time you're late, down to the minute. Not much opportunity for growth. Annual reviews never come on time. A lot of micromanagement. Benefits are terrible.

I worked at Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    There were bank holidays off

    Cons

Case load is out of control and impossible for one person to accomplish everyday. You get stuck past 5pm on a daily basis trying to finish your work yet you don’t get paid overtime. Managers are mean and only like certain people. HR is also a joke and plays favorites. By far one of the most stressful and miserable places I’ve ever worked.

I worked at Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    None. Don’t consider working here.

    Cons

The Office Managers were beyond terrible. They played favorites and if you weren’t their “friend” your life was hell. It wasn’t about your work product- they didn’t want quality work, they wanted quantity.

I worked at Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates full-time

    Pros

I worked for this firm for over 6 years and was afforded every opportunity after I expressed an interest. The training was fantastic, management, co-workers and flexibility. If you worked hard, simply followed the rules and were professional this was a great place for growth.

    Cons

This field of law can get a bit exhausting and tiresome after a while.

I worked at Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates full-time

    Pros

Great co-workers and immediate courtroom experience.

    Cons

Unethical/greedy practices by top management led to firm’s impending closure, extensive travel required, salary/health insurance, too much time wasted in meetings, rigid company policies, chronic IT problems.
