I worked at Ross Stores part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Discounts are fair plus there are seasons of double discount resulting in a total 40% discount!
    ... thats about it.

    Cons

    Terrible treatment of employees,
    Crap hours,
THEY TEACH YOU NOT TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ITS ALL ABOUT SPEED!
    Just above minimum wage,
    Heavy workload,
Stockroom is like a literal sweatshop... I CAN GO ON AND ON! WORST JOB I HAVE EVER HAD.

    Advice to Management

Learn to appreciate those employees who actually care about customers and the image of the store. Give more oppodtunity for growth.

I have been working at Ross Stores part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been working at ross for a full year now. When I first started working at ross, it was a nice fun place to work at. I got along with all my co workers and I loved working with all my managers. Now its just total chaos, management is poor, your treated any kind of way. The manager never gives you a break, and you have to fight an break your back just to get a raise. Always understaffed, people always call out or quit.

    Cons

    No breaks
    Always understaffed
    No raise
    Heavy favoritism
    Bad management
    Dirty Store

    Advice to Management

You should focus more on keeping a full staff and treating your employees better.
