I have been working at Ross Stores part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good for a first job, decent pay. Every four months we get 40% clothes, shoes and accessories. We regularly get 20% and then 10% off jewelry and perfume.

    Cons

The customers are the worst I've seen, and some stores have crazy hours. Management doesn't communicate well.

    Advice to Management

Communication is key! You can't blame workers on your mistakes it's not our fault.

The employee discount was the best part of this job - it was 20% off when I worked there 2012-2013

Worst part was rude customers, getting paid minimum wage and very little hours scheduled each week. A good part time job.
