I have been working at Ross Stores full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are no glaring pros. The company covers travel for management meetings once a year, that's the only pro that stands out.

    Cons

Payroll is terrible, you're expected to make magic with nothing. Trucks are inconsistent, making it difficult to retain employees who depends on those hours.
