    They offer good time and they know how to work together.

    Cons

    they give you good time but they dont train you like they should.

    Get people that knows how to train.

    Great people developing company. Growing and opening new stores in new markets. Great benefits. Great training and developing

    Cons

    Discount retail is extremely challenging. Very hard to maintain a neat clean environment. Will have to work lots of hours.

    Advice to Management

    Be prepared to work lots of hours. Make it fun for the employees so they don’t feel underappreciated

    I have been working at Ross Stores part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I'd genuinely enjoy working with my co-workers and interacting with customers in each shift for those interactions were often fun and memorable.

    Cons

    Incredibly low allotment of hours scheduled for an individual employee within a work week and received no training for many of the tasks which were be required of an employee, most surprisingly cashiering.

    Advice to Management

    More respectful and genuine interaction with employees when confronting various work-related or even personal issues which may impact an employee's job performance.

    Pros

    Very good on hours, store manager is awesome, Very easy to move up in the company.

    Cons

    Last time I was there some of the coworker were not easy to get along with, the upper manager seemed to abuse power a lot.
