    -Laid back job compared to retail associates -Higher pay than retail associates -Stronger communication with managers and associates -"Catching" the bad guys/gals and mitigating theft & fraud in the store - 20% employee discount, with 3 week-long double discounts dispersed throughout the year

    Cons

    -Confined to standing in one spot for up to 8 hours (unless mobile SPS). -Higher level of mental stress related to identifying suspicious shoppers -Difficult to pick up more hours compared to retail associates

    Thanks for your comment. Our retail scheduling is designed to meet the needs of our customers and to make sure that we have trained Associates available to cover all shifts. Sometimes that means individual schedules will vary from week to week. Some ways to increase hours are to update your availability, cover shifts for coworkers that you are qualified to fill, and make sure your Store Manager knows that you would like to work more hours.
