I have been working at Roswell Park Cancer Institute full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Overall a nice place to work. The environment is friendly and people generally look out for one another. Complaints, if any, are handled quickly and professionally.

    Cons

I cannot think of anything that has affected me professionally.

    Advice to Management

The institute's Policies and Procedures are written with the clinical wing in mind. Given that researchers represent a sizable proportion of the workforce, it would be wise to update relevant procedures to protect the rights of researchers and trainees as well.

I have been working at Roswell Park Cancer Institute as an intern

    Pros

Everyone I have met is genuinely nice. The atmosphere of RCPI is unlike any other hospital, greeters at the door, music/ entertainment, people are always willing to help one another.

    Cons

No parking Validation. Parking costs $8 a day unless you want to park a few streets over in neighborhoods that are less than appealing.
