I worked at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Pleasant atmosphere to attract patients.

    Cons

High turnover rate in basically every department. In the waiting/reception area there were alot of insect that bite. Management was more about money than empathic to patients needs. It's more business like, than caring and healing. I was a temporary employee and was offered a permanent position. But, it wasn't the right fit. You have to pay almost $100 a month to park or park and walk blocks to work. The registration area employees were loud, obnoxious and ghetto like.

    Advice to Management

Become more active in employees activities and aware of what is going on in your department.
