I worked at Rotary Lift full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The factory pays well. The systems although old work well together to provide a connected information source. It is a good place to gain minimal experience.

    Cons

The pay for office positions is well below market. To be successful working for this employer a person must be good with politics and be kin to those in hiring positions to move within the company. There is more office drama here than any other place I have worked. There is little to no respect, from management, shown to people who have dedicated years of their life to this company. If an ethics complaint is submitted it is ignored.

    Advice to Management

Corporate needs to clean middle management members. The turnover rate for office employees has increased drastically.
