Very professional and well-formed company. There is great support from everyone on a day to day basis and everyone is easily approachable. The company has a great support philosophy in terms of career progression. Finally, the company has a fantastic work/life balance, and this is strongly embedded into the companies culture.

I can't complain about anything, except sometimes the lack of teabags.
