    Pros

    Hands on work experience with some very respected economists

    Cons

    they sold the company7 to 4cast and gave us no notice and fired 90% of the NY offcie, closed it and jammed the last 10% of us into 4casrs very old little office.

    Advice to Management

    Don't lie to emplyees, don['t keep them in the dark, and don't nitpivk about/flat out refuse to pay commissions

      Very exciting company as the Founder has a profound view of the global economy.

      Leadership has turned over several times, and many many employees have left or been let go.

      job autonomy, the chance for more junior employees to take on more responsibility, beer fridge, relatively approachable senior mgmt team

      Cons

      stagnant pay and absent bonuses, constant restructuring and changes in direction, lots of revving the engine with car in park, long hours, questionable leadership

      it seems lots of energy is spent chasing poorly thought-out changes in direction, while so-called client demands are shrouded in mystery
