      Pros

      I am really learning a lot of things I have not learned before and my managers and supervisors are all really helpful and flexible while I go to school.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be difficult and there isn't anyone available to help, but eventually you will figure it out.

      Pros

      Get to drive cars before the public knows about them, flexible schedules, traveling to beautiful places, test driver coworkers become like family.

      Cons

      You can get fired over he said she said. If you miss any damage on a car, you’re fired. If someone leaves trash hidden in the car and you’re the last one in it when found, you’re fired. The office is very much like high school a lot of gossip. The manager does not interact with the employees and you’re treated as if you’re easily replaceable. If one person messes up in a procedure the office comes out and yells and lectures...

      Advice to Management

      Interact more with the employees in a friendly and adult manner. Get all sides of a story before firing people. Offer raises to those who have been there for some time.
