    Pros

Good benefits. Exposure is good. Starting pay is okay.

    Cons

Career growth is stunted immediately after a year or two. Promote a toxic workplace; allow employees who harass other to be promoted. Managers do not care about employees, nor do they want to be managers. Go to managers with a REAL problem and basically end up with a black mark on your file.

    Pros

Looks of cool and interesting projects and things to work on

    Cons

Businesses are setup as silos and they bonus based on performance of their own silo P/L. They preach vertical integration externally but internally everyone is out for themselves
