Pros
Overall relaxed and fun atmosphere, nice offices and facilities, wide coverage health insurance, fully subsidized sport & culture, free super fast Internet connection, wide selection of the latest and greatest hardware and personal phone, flexible working hours, easy going supervisors, full of hardcore gamers, remote work, great IT services, autonomic teams to some extent - versatility to choose tech and learn new things
Cons
lunch benefit is restricted to specific restaurants, lay offs and 're-organization' every year (became a habit), lack of future vision, decisions made according to numbers written in excel sheets, unstable top management (board), not many options for developers to advance, 'Angry Birds' a dying brand, low sustainability

Management lost, wasting great potential
Nov 23, 2015 - Anonymous Employee in Helsinki, Southern FinlandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great colleagues, international atmosphere, good work/life balance and decent compensation. Get to travel a lot.
Cons
Top management is lost. Organisation structure and management culture is rather killing innovation than supporting it. Continuous layoffs bring uncertainty and mess to the organisation, and top talents have been leaving for a while. No vision, strategy seems to be 'whatever brings the money'. The great culture and potential of few years back seem to be lost.

Jan 23, 2015 - Manager in EspooRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Opportunity to work with global products and partners, do things that will delight millions of people Work/life balance is excellent, the office is very empty a 5 pm A diverse and talented workforce
Cons
Very political organization with a lot of infighting and silos A lot of top management has joined from outside the games and entertainment industry Top management has some times difficult to make decisions, flip flops after making decisions and the direction can be unclear Company is stingy with compensation which is one key reason for high employee turnover
