I worked at Roy Rogers Restaurants part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, many opportunities to work.

    Cons

Training is just on the job and gives new employees very little time to become familiar with the menu and practices. Some members of management are more responsive to employee needs than others.

    Advice to Management

If a young female employee tells you she is being harassed by a customer, assist her instead of apologizing to the customer for the employee's rudeness.

    Pros

It's a friendly environment, team and most customers are kind, jobs are not hard.

    Cons

Because I was 15 at the time, I only worked on weekends. Even then they cut my hours to 8 hours a week. Sometimes 7!

    Advice to Management

No advice really. I enjoyed working there for the little time. Great for my very first job. This job pays a fair amount of money

I have been working at Roy Rogers Restaurants part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I love my co-workers! It's like a happy family...well semi happy at least. My one manager is awesome!

    Cons

I'm always stuck doing more than what I should be, while half the employees stand around and don't do stuff or constantly leave early.

    Advice to Management

Equal pay for EVERYONE! And if someone is constantly calling out not showing up and/ or leaves early alot fire them!!!! And stop hiring people who can't work this day or that day and can only work till this Time! Its screwing over your few and only people who close EVERY night!

I worked at Roy Rogers Restaurants part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Most of the team members were nice, (though their were some who were kind of rude). You get 20% off which is good, and you get 50% off during your break. Its like a regular typical restaurant. The costumers are pretty nice but then again, their are some grumpy people every now and then. overall, I would give it a 7.5-8/10

    Cons

I worked on the weekends because it's their store policy for anyone under 16. though I only worked the weekends, my schedule changed by having my hours cut. This was a little frustrating because I only worked 2 days out of the week.
