    Pros

great food, set schedule and Outstanding kind and compassionate leadership regardless of contradictory behaviors noted while experiencing restaurant work environment

    Cons

warning working with Hot and Cold temperatures will give you Arthritis and also very inconvenient working for a company under an Arbitrary binding contract that gives companies way more rights to the corporations than to its citizens this is a safety hazard of your trying to live a well balanced life also most of the entry level jobs are part time with no medical dental and or benefits or 401 K what so ever with... little possibility to transfer to other departments also constant verbal and sexual harassment from former low ranking either felony employees colleague and or illegal colleague team members reason why most employees quit and or move on although the Ohana spirit is well delivered its not enough to secure the safety and health of its individuals.

    Pros

money is consistent, management is decent, food is great. There is an employee meal, but it is what it is.

    Cons

The employee meals weren´t that great. And once the shift starts, there is no eating allowed...its rough feeling like you are being baby sat by management telling you not eat at work and even threaten firing you over it. And in some cases actually fire you for eating.

    Advice to Management

    Allow some eating within reason

    Pros

Food is great. The ability to work and simultaneously go to school is a big positive. Management will work with employees that have school priorities and commitments. Hour to wage ratio is sufficient.

    Cons

Heavy corporate influence, red tape, not enough marketing to drive business. Management mandated steps of service often create awkward moments for service staff. Business model is trending toward "smaller plate" dishes and happy hour. This discounting of the product has deteriorated the level of clientele.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to talk to your employees to get operation-level feedback. Your employees interests are aligned with yours. Relax a little on the steps of service and rethink your direct marketing campaign.
