I have been working at Royal Bank of Scotland full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Looking to build a great bank for the future

    Cons

Bad reputation is hard to shake off. Need to pay back the tax payer. Change is sometimes slow and appears knee jerk

    Advice to Management

Get rid of more of the middle manager hierarchy rather than the frontline staff. They just spend so much time justifying their position whilst on large salaries
